Lacking the motivation

Felt like (1-10): 5

Seriously couldn't even reach my goal of 40-45 min. or running. I did run at the 12 min./mile pace for 5 min. but that's it. I was seriously lacking in motivation. My shins weren't cooperating at all. I really need to figure that part out.

I agree with Tim--stuff like that's gonna happen. Try a day or two of rest, maybe some ice on your shins, and it should fix you right up. Hopefully.

Whatever you do, give yourself a bit of a break--your body is telling you that's what it needs.
